Stay away from it
I registerd two domains with manashosting sspmj.co.in and wavehealing.co.in. since registration i face contineous down time and very bad customer care support. the suddenly stop there service of plesk control panel. so i suggest u never register with manashosting.

I registered with them too! i made an online transfer from my bank.... and it took 4 days to activate. I took the Rs. 2000 package!
Gosh their service is soooooooo pathetic. its so pathetic that i just can't explain.... its just gets me all worked up and just helpless!!! like someone said its a waste of time...health! it really is....
I really wanted to have my own site as i have many blogs and free websites! i registered with Manas hosting only to know that i was just impulsive :(
if only i had made a check on google only to know that sooo many discussion forums warn ppl not to go for their service.....
You have no idea how helpless i feel..... i was soooo excited to have my first website..... now i am not all that motivated after reading all these reviews about them! i am reallly stuck!
Oh and their English..... its soooooooooooooooooooooo bad :( how can a company run like that? does this happen only in our country! damn....

I Really need to set up my website..... They gave me the login for a site called HELM! i am trying to figure out how to do it! but the instructions are soooo bad i really need some help......
I was hoping to use Joomla for building my site.... but i do not know whom to approach.... i need help with setting up FTP as well!
I shall just paste what instructions i got in the email.... if someone can help me out it will be great!
here it goes! ( check out the english)

۞ Please click on My Domain, your domain name will come in the list, please click on your Domain name. (If your domain is not showing there then please add the domain by clicking the create domain bottom and out your domain name with our www then click on save after you can able to view the domain name there).
۞ In the next page you will get so many settings out of them you will get a icon Email please click there. [ I get only 4 icons ... no so many settings :( ]
۞ In the next page you will get 1 buttom for add, click there then in the next page you will get a squarebox@your domain name.
۞ In the you have to type info or admin or kumar or rahim what ever suitable for you then you have to put your password and confirm password. (please don't laugh!)
۞ Now your ftp login will be info@domainname or admin@domainname or ram@yourdomain or rahim@yourdomain what ever you have given in that box that name@yourdomainname will be your User ID of your ftp and the password which you have given that will be your password.
(oh ram... oh rahim... help me!!! )
۞ For login you have to type in the browser ftp.yourdomainname then it will ask you User ID and password then you have to put your User ID and password.
۞ How to upload by the using the ftp detail, you will get the long description below.
After login into your Control Panel
Please find below procedure to upload your files:
Please make your home page as index.htm and upload your all file under wwwroot folder. Please don't upload outside of wwwroot folder. Otherwise it will not work.
1) ftp.--------------- ( ftp.abc.com )
User ID : info@
Password : you have to create after log in to your account
Now you can see two folder :
I) logs
II) wwwroot
and you can upload your file from your computer to your webspace server under wwwroot folder.
2) Through ftp software also you can also upload file..
Please download this software from below URL www.manashosting.com/ftp.exe
And install it in your computer, click as a student and for home use option at the time of installing the software.
It will ask you folllowing details and you have to fill up the box to upload your website....
profile name : website
host name/address : ftp.--------------- ( ftp.abc.com )
host type : automatic detect
User ID : info@domainname
password : you have to create after log in to your account
click box : Save Password
press apply two time
press ok one time
Now you will see ftp room to host your website....
Left hand side box will be the list of your local computer file.....
Right hand side box is your web server file list....
Now click middle arrow mark button to transfer file from Your computer to web server.
Upload your all file inside wwwroot folder.
Note:- On this ftp software click options -->session --> uncheck "use passive transfer mode"

I don't know which ftp software that is! I want to know if i can use File Zilla for this??? if so how? can some one let me know how they set up their website or hosted it using Manas hositng.... i will be highly greatful.... Please help!
I am pankaj kumar , from IIT KHARAGPUR and perhaps i have joined the MANAS HOSTING in its INITIAL PHASE. i have to shut down my old registration with them becouse in more than 6 month time and with more than 100 communication via phone and net. in this way i have paid them for 3 year by taking nothing and facing a lot of business related problems. I do not suggest dont rely on them. their speed and rates are not bad but take the service only when it you have guts of facing a very very bad customer service. If you will have any problem in future better shut your site, never try to get it solved by their ticket raising customer service. this tickets are just like a cinema hall tickets for a super flop movies.
You are 100% true dear this company is a big fraud they just try to make more money from their customers they always seek for more money as they are giving you cheap in starting they trap you with their cheap prices but ultimately you end up like this and now on your nightmare starts. you will see in a month or two you will face the same problem again and again better option shift all your domain hosting to some where else go for resellerclub they are good . or hostgator could be another choice they are true not fraud like them also dont go with silliconhouse you will face same problem again these companies are putting black marks on the name of bangalore city. this is just same as recently you must have got lot of phone calls from ahmedabad, gujarat regarding jackpot calls and trading tips ended up with grabbing good money from clients . and you are left nowhere so shift all hosting
become a part of group http://www.manashostingvictims.org i am also part of this group and they are fighting againg this fraud company and have tried several times to stop these damn activities of this company but owners of manashosting are so big frauds that just want to earn money that is it
